128 Check digit does not calculate correctly when using FNC1

I have an application written in 4D.
It is used mainly in a Windows environment but I write it on a Mac (OS X 10.8.2)
It is 4D v12. (Unicode & 64-bit)
I've had the native 4D code that generates UCC 128 shipping labels, this code generates the UCC 128 check digit successfully for years.
I'm modifying the code to generate the GS1 compatible label with the FNC1 (Ê) after the start Char.
I'm adding 202 to the Weighted value Sum before passing it to the Mod 103.
The check digit does not calculate correctly.
What modifications do I need?

Operating System: Mac OSX

It is difficult to say how you are getting two start characters for your data (B and C)--check the code to see why it is using a Start B. You may want to use our latest VBA code as a base. We have a VBA code that meets the latest GS1 standards and includes MOD 10. If you look at our Code 128 Auto function, it should provide you with good information. When encoding numeric with FNC1, the function will use a Start C and then you can encode your FNC1. I have attached it in an email and sent it to you.
