How to I get a barcode to print with trailing periods


I am trying to generate a barcode in Excel 2010 for a locator in Oracle ERP through the free 39 downloads. The value I am using is FGI.L201.0.0... and when I convert it to the barcode, the 3 trailing periods get removed. How do I generate the barcode with trailing periods?

Operating System: Windows 7

Application: Excel

Turns out that I had an autocorrect rule setup for ...

Once I deleted it the barcode was generated properly. Thanks for your help

I am using the free version IDAutomationHC39M Free Version and IDAHC39M Code 39 Basic. Will it not work with these versions?

Verify that you are using the IDAutomation Code 39 font that begins with the name IDAutomationHC39 or IDAutomationC39 (IDAutomationSHC39 or IDAutomationSC39).

With these fonts, I am not able to reproduce the issue.

Here is a sample of Code 39 using our font. Data sample:
