SC5 USB will not scan GSI Databar Limited

I enable GS1 DataBar Limited based on the step below, but it will not scan the sample barcode in the manual and others.
Do I need to upgrade the firmware? What are the steps to upgrade.?

So, after enabling DataBar Limited, you cannot scan the barcode that I have attached in the last post? Make sure that if you are scanning DataBar Limited, that Limited is enabled. If it is another DataBar type, it may not scan until you enable it. There is also DataBar-14, DataBar Expanded, etc.

I am not able to reproduce the issue as I can scan several DataBar barcodes. If you need I can send you a few more images so that you can test scan them.

I tested again with no success. None of the GSI Databar will work.

Using the Enable Limited Barcode, should enable the Databar Limited.

Once I enabled this symbology into the SC5USB Scanner, I was able to scan several Limited barcodes including the attached Limited image:

Are you able to scan this barcode?
