MaxiCode functionality not working in Barcode Decoder App


Just installed the Barcode Decoder App on iOS and enabled MaxiCode from the settings panel, after quitting the app (and closing from the multitasking menu) I am not able to detect/scan any MaxiCode data symbol I've tried. This includes symbols I've generated myself, but also known-good Maxicode symbols from UPS shipping labels I have on hand - all of the test symbols I have given to this application have scanned just fine with a similar app. Is this functionality temporarily disabled or is there another setting I must have missed? Other barcodes (Code128, Code39, ITF, UPC-E) have been scanned in the IDAutomation app without any issues.

Operating System: iOS 16.1.1

You are right that the MaxiCode functionality is not currently working in our data decoder app. We hope to add this functionality in the future. The list of current barcode types supported is provided at https://www.idautomation.com/apps/barcode-decoder-verifier/
