Ben	Best Answer Sometimes when a link is clicked to download a product, the location of the downloaded item is not known. However, in this post, I will provide a few ways to help locate the IDAutomation product download. How to locate a recently downloaded IDAutomation product? Because IDAutomation products include our company name directly in the .zip name such as IDAutomation_C39FontAdvantage, it is possible to run a search on your operating system for the file name by simply searching "IDAutomation." For example, on Windows 8, to perform a search for the file: 1. Guide the mouse to the bottom right of the Desktop. It should open a menu. 2. Select the Search magnifying glass icon. 3. Select Files in the search dropdown. 4. Enter IDAutomation. It should pull up all associated IDAutomation files. 5. Right-click the file and choose Open file location.
