Need to create a barcode holding user and password info


I have a barcode scanner and need to create a Code 39 barcode to make use for operators to be able to scan and log into our system.
I need to insert the Username, tab/return, Pincode, and Return.

Example:

Username:ABC123(THEN TAB/ENTER) Pincode: 123456 (THEN ENTER)
Help is much appreciated!

You can do this with Extended Code 39 if the scanner supports it. For example *12$I34$M* prints a barcode that scans 12, a tab, then 34, and a return. However, it would be much better to use a 2D barcode such as QR Code for this purpose. For scanner support refer to the scanner manufacturer or user manual.

For Code 39, $I produces the Tab and $M produces the Return when your scanner is set to Extended Code 39.
