I'm trying to create ISBT labels for training....

I'm trying to create ISBT labels for training...I was trying to use the Code 128 free generator (https://www.bcgen.com/linear-barcode-creator.html) to generate the unit # (i.e. W2018 20 0000001) but the bar code that was generated from typing that in did not scan. Does anyone have any hints on how to type in the information to generate the correct unit # and a scannable barcode?

It is more involved to create that type of symbol. ISBT 128 barcodes begin with an equal ‘=’ or ampersand ‘&’ character, which is referred to as the first of two characters that make up the data identifier. I recommend referring to the ISBT-128 Tutorial.

If you do get budget approval let us know and we can help you create the barcode according to that tutorial in Crystal Reports. If not and you still want to create the labels, you will have to do the research and implementation on your own with the free generators online.

Can't follow the tutorial because to download the universal font, you have to have a license...I do not have a license and it's not in the budget to get one. :-(
