C128 barcode fonts not printing on thermal

C128 barcode font is not printing on thermal printer. Zebra printer setting show code 128 as one of the barcode fonts for the printer.
Note: the crystal reports report with barcode prints fine on laser printers. What do i need to do?

Hello Ribbits,
Thank you for reaching out. IDAutomation can assist with barcode generation but unfortunately, does not offer support for printing to a specific printer. However, we may be able to offer guidance if you provide some more information.
We'll need to see what you're encoding/barcode, if you could provide images of the barcode in print preview, the barcode printed to a different printer, the barcode printed to PDF, and the barcode printed to the thermal printer in question.
If the issue pertains only to a particular printer, we advise contacting the manufacturer for assistance. Additionally, it's important to note that IDAutomation cannot address concerns regarding the printer's Code 128 font compatibility. Our encoding tools require the use of IDAutomation fonts.
