Font size printing symbols

I am testing the demo version, I am having a problem printing the barcode on my laserjet printer.
when I double-click the font file, I see all fonts on the screen but when I click print, font sizes 12 through 24 don't print a barcode, from font size 36 forward the barcode prints ok.
when I use a form in crystal reports, font size from 12 to 18 print symbols, and from font size 36+ the barcode prints.
Any ideas?

If the barcode displays on the screen fine at various sizes, then the issue is with the printer. Try printing to PDF or another printer. As for the original printer, find out if there is a printer driver update.

I did that. I have a document done with Crystal Reports, on the preview screen the barcode displays fine but when I sent it to the printer it shows symbols, however, if I select font size 36 or higher the barcode prints ok, the problem is with smaller sizes.

Disregard the symbols. Have you tried creating a barcode in an application? To do this, enter data that you would like to turn into the barcode and surround the data with asterisks. Select the IDAutomationHC39M font. When using point sizes 6, 12, 18, 24, 30,... it will create a scannable barcode for Code 39.
