How to install barcode font in our oracle server?

We are using Oracle apps and we want to print the barcode in our existing RDF report. Before we buy your product we need to test and show the test to our management first. But we have difficulty installing font in our Oracle apps server. Would you give us guidance about this or is there any support representative in Indonesia that can help us install the font into our server?

Unfortunately, we do not have a representative in Indonesia. If Oracle 9i or above is being used then you may want to consider using our Java component, which will generate the barcode as an image.

I assume this is a Linux or Unix server. If that is the case then we do not have much experience in these environments. However, we do have several font installation examples on our website written by our clients that can point you in the right direction.

If you decide to use the Java component you do not need to install the font.

we also have tried using the java component. it works when I run the Oracle report on my local computer. but it failed when I run the report on the Oracle apps concurrent manager.
