IDAutomation font not in font list


Hi
I have installed the ID Automation font on a user's machine but it is not appearing in the list of fonts. I have installed it on several other user's computers and it is working well but not on this computer. There are no error messages. Can you please help?

IDAutomation no longer offers the Free Code 39 Font Package and cannot support the installation package from 2006. To create Code 39 barcodes, we offer the Code 39 Font Package purchased version.

As per the support email I provided with a link to font installation procedures there are some questions that need to be answered for further assistance:

1) Which IDAutomation product is being used?
2) Is the font showing for the user in System Settings > Font Settings for a Windows machine?
3) Is the application being used for the font locally installed on the user’s workstation?
4) Which application is being used?
