SAP Barcode print with font Code 39

Hello Support, because of a printer fleet change we are testing barcode printing out of SAP. We mainly use Code 39 barcode font. For testing, we downloaded your Demo package for Code 39. We installed font on new Konica Minolta printers, which worked fine so far. When we print out something, we cannot identify Code 39, which should have a dedicated start and stop sequence. Neither in the PCL font list nor in test prints from SAP do we see the starting and ending sequences of the Code 39 barcode font.

Is that an issue or by design of the Demo font? If it is by design, how can we test with the original barcode font Code 39 to ensure that SAP printing will work after the printer fleet change?

Operating System: Windows 10 , Server 2008 R2

The barcode in the image does not appear to have the start and stop characters. Code 39 Barcodes may be dynamically created from a calculated field in a text box by using a formula that appends the start and stop characters. For example, in Crystal Reports, “*” & Field & “*”.
