Scanners are not being able to scan barcode post EBS Upgrade


Physical Scanners are not able to scan barcodes post-EBS version upgrade from R12.1.3 to R12.2.11. Barcodes are getting printed but none of them return any value when scanned. We are using IDAutomationC128S font. We purchased the IDAutomation fonts a couple of years back.

You can also try to use a process of elimination to find the problem. Refer to this tutorial:

Can you provide a screenshot of the result that is not scanning?
You can also try to use a process of elimination to find the problem. Refer to this tutorial:
