Difficulty with FREE Code 39 Font Installation

After I installed Code 39 free font on a Windows 11 device and opened a file with a barcode, but there is no barcode displayed, only numbers, I have installed the same application on another Windows 11 device, and when I launch the same file with a barcode, the barcode does display.
