Help creating sequentially numbered GS1-128 codes in Excel.

I will be creating GS1-128 barcodes for USPS labels 5,000 at a time. I need each barcode to be sequentially numbered with human-readable text below. I need someone to walk me through this step-by-step.
If ~202420554323568~202920209028574521000001~m21 produces the correct barcode, I will need the portion that is 1000001 to increase by 1 for each barcode.
Then I also need to extract the human-readable portion of this code into a separate column with the Mod 10 (920209028574521000001~m21) so I can place it on the document in InDesign and merge the files.
Please help!

Operating System: MacOS Catalina 10.15.7

Application: Microsoft Excel for Mac 16.48

Based on the discussion, you would like to create a GS1-128 barcode on Mac Excel that includes human-readable with a portion/field that includes sequential numbers.

The best way to accomplish this is to set up the Excel file similar to:

Review and implement the Excel procedure for creating sequential numbers:

Encode the data using =IDAutomation_Uni_C128(D2,True)

Create the human readable using =IDAutomation_C128HR(D2,True)

Alternatively, the IDAutomation Barcode Label Software can easily create sequentially numbered labels and it may be easier to implement than Excel and InDesign.

When generating GS1 symbols, IDAutomation recommends testing the result with the Barcode Decoder App which parses out GS1 data to verify proper encoding.
