How do disable Notepad moving scanned 128 barcode data to the next line?

Hi.
I have successfully generated a code 128 barcode using the Code 128 Font Package with Excel containing First name, space, Last name, comma space, which I then concatenated to a new column and applied the Code128 add-in.

The barcode printout scans perfectly into Windows Notepad, except it places the names as follows:

Lila Kelly,
Harley Smith,
Eamon Austin,
Lila Kelly,
Oscar Skinner,

What I require is for the text to be as follows:

Lila Kelly, Harley Smith, Eamon Austin, Lila Kelly, Oscar Skinner,

After some poor research, I added an extra column with "~010" to the above recipe, which gave "two" spaces between each line.
I do not think I am far away, I think I just require the correct "~xxx" code????

As a novice, I have no idea what the correct phrases I should be using here, so please bear with me.

Thank you in advance
Kerbin.

Initially, I thought all of the data was contained in one barcode. Based on the data, it looks as if there is a separate barcode for each record. When confirmed with the ASCII String Scanner Decoder (free application to test for hidden characters and functions), I was able to see the line feed.

The line feed will cause the data to drop to the next line. In the original barcodes that did not include a line feed, I suspect that the scanner may be inserting a carriage return--most scanners will insert this function at the end of a scan. Review the scanner manual and set the suffix of the scan to Null or similar value.

Hello Ben

I have just realized I made an error in my first message.

The extra column I added actually had "~013" not "~010" I tried 010 to see what would happen, but nothing.

I will send the requested pdf, and you will see what I am up to.

Thank you.

Kerbin.
