Looking for Excel Barcode Software


I am looking for software to automate recording on an Excel spreadsheet that a safety inspection has been done. I have a fleet of 250 buses and drivers. The drivers are required to inspect the vehicles daily. I would like to put a bar code on each inspection form so that when the driver turns in the completed inspection form to maintenance the secretary can scan the barcode and the spreadsheet automatically updates to show that the inspection has been done on that bus.

The inspection forms are specific to each vehicle (the number is already on a form) and are printed from Excel.

To generate barcodes directly in Excel, we have a few options including Barcode Fonts.
