Meaning of Tilde codes ~d009 ~d013 ~d027 ~d029 ~d030

I am trying to make a new reader work, and the string of characters that we use was put together by a former employee. The new reader works great, but can't read this set "~d027[31~d126"
I was under the impression that this was telling the computer to use the f12 key, but I can't find any type of encoding that would explain that. As far as know 'f12' is the only key that can be used where I need it, though the system is pretty archaic, and there may be something else that I don't know about, for example, I believe we are using vertical tabs in our barcode instead of enter.
This is an example of one of my lines of keystrokes

~d013S~d0138007~d0131USD~d0138007~d013SEL24105G
~d013SONY%20FE%2024-105MM%20F4%20G%20OSS
~d013NM%20NM-O~d013939.99~d013602.00~d013
~d013~d013~d013~d013~d013~d013~d0131SNY~d027[31
~d12601~d013STOCK~d013602.00

This solution works for IDAutomation Data Matrix and QR Code products.

When ~d and values are used with ApplyTilde/ProcessTilde enabled, it encodes functions based on the ASCII Table.
~d013 produces the carriage return.
~d009 produces the horizontal tab.
~d011 produces the vertical tab.

There is no specific solution for encoding F keys.

PDF417 and Code 128 use ~### such as ~009 to encode a horizontal tab.

All of the functions are listed in the ASCII table that I linked to in the previous message. Select the ASCII Table in the original response or visit: https://www.barcodefaq.com/ascii-chart-char-set/

Look at the Dec column and see that 9 is the Horizontal tab. Using the Data Matrix ~d, it is encoded using ~d009. The Dec 43 is the + symbol and is encoded using ~d043.

I still need to know what the main set ~d027[31~d126 means. I did understand what the rest is.
