How can I tell if my cradle is faulty?

Hi there,

The company I work for recently purchased one of your scanners, the SC5USB-W and when I follow the instructions, I can get no further than the first step. When I try to link the cradle and the scanner, it will not link and continues to beep at me over and over!

Do you know if the scanner/cradle is faulty? What else can I try?

Ben	Best Answer Does the cradle light blink amber? What happens when you scan the barcode at the bottom of the cradle? If you have followed the Quick Programming Guide, step-by-step and are not able to scan the barcode OR not able to see a green light after scanning the barcode, then there may be an issue.
