How to disable Code 39 Checksum in SC5USB Scanner?


I'm using the SC5USB scanner to scan Code 39 barcodes. It always grabs the checksum character, even though I've programmed it to disable it. Can you provide instructions that will show me how to do this?

Best Answer

To disable the checksum, enable checksum verification, and disable checksum transmission. If checksum verification is not enabled, the scanner considers the checksum to be part of the barcode data.

Enable Code 39 Check Digit
