Any model that can scan using COM would work.

I would like to read PDF 417, with the scanner, and USB COM, but under code page UTF8 and Win 1250 at the same time!
Can you suggest a model which can be configured as above? (Datalogic, Honeywell-....)

Scanners do not need to recognize character sets, only the barcode type. Therefore, you may want to look for a scanner that can scan the barcode type that you are interested in.
