Code 39 XXL OpenType font absent?


Hello,

We purchased the IDAutomation Code 39 Font Advantage Package (Developers License) but appear to be missing the OpenType version of the C39 XXL font?

The IDAutomationC39XXL font exists in the TrueType, PostScropt, and PCL folders but not OpenType.

It also exists in the WebFonts subfolders (WOFF, SVG and EOT)

Does this font exist and we just didn't get it for some reason? Or does it not exist as an OTF?

Thanks for any help you can give.

That particular font in that size does not work in OTF format because the height of the font is beyond what the open type format can process. If you need the font in that height, we suggest using a true type version. If the true type version will not work and you need this font, let us know and we can find a way to make that height work.
