C128 Barcodes printed from Windows 10 PC wont scan


My customer has been using the C128 barcode of the Native Barcode Generator for Microsoft Access on Windows 7 PCs quite happily. Recently they installed the system (Access database) on a new PC running Windows 10 and while the barcode prints OK it won't scan. The IT person on-site has tried various combinations and eliminated the possibility that it is the scanner or printer at fault. What else can we do?

Review the solutions in the Barcode will not Scan KB if that does not help please attached a screenshot of the printed barcode at high resolution.

Also, can you refer to the example in the download? Does that scan?

VBA font encoder is installed and I am using the function Code128([Data]) as the Control source.

To properly print barcodes that will scan from Access, the VBA font encoder must be installed. You may also refer to the example in the downloaded package.
