CRI move to another server

We are moving our reporting services to another server and I have followed the installation rules and even compared the setup to our existing server. But when I go to display the Code128 Linear Barcode, it doesn't appear. I am more than will willing to send the .config files for review if that will help.

Note: A new product (SSRS Native Barcode Generator) has been released since this post was resolved that offers an easier method of generating barcodes in SSRS without fonts or other components.

Thanks for the help and just looking over my shoulder, sometimes you just get lost in the weeds. Everything is working now.

That is great James I am glad you found the issue.

The error you are now seeing sounds like a problem with the report itself.
You will want to make sure that the 2008 versions of the CRI are being used with the 2008 version of Reporting Services. This might be causing the issue.

That seemed to have fixed it. I had two different dll on the two different machines. Thanks

Another question though. I am trying to now update our older version from VS 2005 to VS 2008 and at least now it is letting me all the linear barcode tot hte toolbox, again was loading the wrong dll, but now the barcodes are showing me "Key can not be null. Parameter name=key."

Any idea on what this might be I don't seem to be missing any parameters but I might be somewhere.

Hello James,

Yes, the config files would be good, you can send them to admin@idautomation.com.

Also, does the new server have the same version of reporting services, because we have different dlls for versions 2005 and 2008?
