Having problems with Code-128 in Crystal Reports UFL

We have installed the IDAutomation.com Crystal Reports UFL and the IDAutomation.com Code 128 Font Package version 2014. Crystal Reports is not displaying the Code 128 barcode. This is what it looks like when the label is generated. Barcodes are highlighted in yellow.

Operating System: Windows Server 2012 R2 Standard 64-bit

Unfortunately, there is no image of the barcode you are having trouble with attached to your incident so we cannot evaluate this for you at this time. I can advise you that the UFL installation method is a legacy installation method that IDAutomation no longer fully supports and you should be using a Font Formula installation as per the instructions here: Barcode Font Encoder Formulas for Crystal Reports

We recommend that you remove the UFL installation from 2014 and replace it with the Font Formulas that are included in your order from May 2024.

If you would like to attach your images we can try to evaluate these for you as well, but the first recommendation is to use the Font Formula and not the UFL installation.
