How to manually calculate checksum for Code 128

I’m trying to generate a code 128 B barcode string and I am having issues with the check digit. My Code 128 manual calculations come out to a “c” and the calculations from the check digit calculator come out to a “p”. Where I am going wrong? My calculation for the string is:

1-X7VQBT

1 is 49
- is 45
X is 88
7 is 55
V is 86
Q is 81
B is 66
T is 84

104 +
49 X 1 +
45 X 2 +
88 X 3 +
55 X 4 +
86 X 5 +
81 X 6 +
66 X 7 +
84 X 8 =
2777 mod
103 =
99 = c

The Code 128 Check Character calculation process is complex. To avoid mathematical errors, IDAutomation urges you to encode data using a font encoder.

Use the Code 128 chart to determine the Value for the character set to encode.
The letter V for Code 128 B is 54.

Generate the Code 128 B Check Character: 1-X7VQBT

1. Retrieve the value for each character.

1 is 17
- is 13
X is 56
7 is 23
V is 54
Q is 49
B is 34
T is 52

2. Calculate the total and the Start Character value. For Code 128 B, it is 104.
104 +
(17 x 1) +
(13 x 2) +
(56 x 3) +
(23 x 4) +
(54 x 5) +
(49 x 6) +
(34 x 7) +
(52 X 8) =
1625

3. Calculate the Checksum.
1625 divided by 103 = 15 with a remainder of 80.

The check character (checksum) is p.

NOTE:
If using Code 128 A, use Start 103.
If using Code 128 C, use Start 105.
