Code 39 Fonts in Word Application

I just purchased the code 39 font package, and I downloaded the files none of the fonts will scan in Word. Only when I use the app and copy and paste it over how do I get the font to appear in my fonts in Word and how do I know which one is the correct one to install?

debrac	Best Answer Hello Faissal, Thank you for contacting us. In order to use the Code 39 fonts, you must first encode your data before applying the font. This encoding can be done by simply placing asterisks around your data e.g. ABCD1234 and then applying the font. The package comes with many different font types and sizes so that you can choose the one that best works for you so IDAutomation cannot tell you exactly which fonts to install. I recommend you review the font specifications here: Code 39 Font User Manual so that you may determine which size fonts work for you. You can either install the fonts by running the EXE that comes with the package or install fonts individually as per the information here: Downloaded Font Installation Procedures. After you install the fonts, please reboot your workstation so that they will be available to choose in Microsoft applications such as Word. If you have done the encoding by adding the asterisks around your data, please provide the below information for further assistance: 1) The data you are encoding into the barcode 2) The string of encoded data showing that you placed the start/stop characters 3) The name of the font you used to complete the barcode 4) A picture/image of the completed barcode Posted 86 day(s) ago (1) (0) Report Abuse
