USPS IMmb Data Matrix bar code fails test


We are using the Data Matrix Font and Encoder to generate the new USPS 2D IMmb Data Matrix bar code. This is what the USPS is saying:
Good Morning, please let me know how I can assist with your label certification. From below, it looks like you are using the regular DataMatrix instead of the GS1 DataMatrix for the 2D. The IMpb size needs to be increased just slightly to meet our minimum of 13 mil x-dim.

Hello Mark, To meet the new USPS IMmb Specification for Data Matrix Barcodes, you must structure your data to meet the standard. In this case, you will need to use the same data that you are using in your GS1-128 barcodes for USPS, but change the FNC1 characters from the ones for GS1-128 to the ones for Data Matrix. Here is an example of this:

If you are using this string for your GS1-128 barcodes: ~202420280542401~202920199025623661006409~m21
Replace the ~202 with ~1, which is used in Data Matrix: ~1420280542401~1920199025623661006409~m21

The "~m21" calculates the MOD 10 check digit from the previous 21 digits; therefore, if your data already includes the MOD10 you do not need the ~m21. You also need to make sure that "Apply Tilde" or "Process Tilde" is turned on in the encoding tool that you are using. The size of the barcode you are generating is based on the point size of the font you are using, and you will need to adjust the point size to meet the size that the USPS is requesting.
