Need to generate ECC200 Data Matrix barcodes in Excel

My company purchased the ActiveX Control software from you through a 3rd party that provides IT support to us.

I would like to create 300 ECC DataMatrix codes all slightly different.

I have been told that it is possible to generate many codes by having the data to be encoded in a text file.
Is this type of this available with your software?

Currently, I am using Excel and inserting the Active X Control, for each code.

This is very time-consuming. Is there a faster more efficient method?

Is it possible to modify some of the properties using a cell reference in Excel? I have 300 codes 100 are type 9, 100 are type 8 and the last 100 are type 12.
Rather than go into each code and select the type and change it, can I use a cell that has 8, 9, or 12 and reference that somehow?

I understand that there is no room to purchase a new solution. Unfortunately, there is no efficient solution for using ActiveX Control within Excel to create a large number of barcodes.

Another option is to use our Data Matrix fonts and VBA code within Excel.

Thanks for your suggestion.
Unfortunately, The cost of this additional application is prohibitive.
Are there other solutions that are available with the application I have and the office suite I use?
