Label Page Size is not able to set in Label Software


I want to use the Barcode Label Software to create product labels but I am facing an issue while using this software. I created a sample label of 80cm by 35cm size in one laptop and then I opened that same label on another laptop but it is not showing as per page size. I want to adjust the same as shown on another laptop. Please guide me on how can I set the default page so that it can be opened in the same size on another laptop also.
Please refer attached label sample file with the error image.

If you are sharing label files between two different systems, the same printer and printer driver should be used so that the page definitions are the same. The same printer should also be the default printer.
