Based on the email, the Code 128 Font Package Developer License was purchased in 2008. This version of the product is no longer supported. If you are using the UFL font encoder to format the data for Code 128, the version you are running may also no longer be supported.

Verify that you are using the latest version of the Code 128 Fonts. You may upgrade to the most recent version by viewing the release log. Verify the fonts are installed on every machine that attempts to generate or print the barcode.

If the barcodes are viewed in PDF, verify that the font is embedded.

If you are using the UFL, verify that you are using the most recent version. The new version's procedures are slightly different. Verify the UFL is installed on every machine that attempts to print the barcode.
