How would I go about checking that this is set to Mode 3? How do I change it if it is not?

Hello April,

Using the excel spreedsheet you have provided in the emails I've included how you can manually set the parameters for the encoding mode.

In the Formula: =IDAutomation_DMatrix_FontEncoder(E2, 1, 3, 0) the E2 represents the data to encode, the following 1 represents setting applytilde to true, the 3 is the encoding mode and the 0 is the preferred format.

I hope this helps shed some light on how you can manually set the encoding mode, however I would like to note that the product is designed to understand that the "~1" in the data to encode string is for the GS1 barcode type and therefore does not need to be manually set. image
