C++ header file for MaxiCode?

I would like to ask if there is a C++ header file for MaxiCode Font available in the meanwhile. If there is still not, the purchase of the source would be an alternative for us. In 2009 we bought an Unlimited Developer License, but we don't have an active support plan at the moment.
Could you please tell us which options we have and what the costs are?

Operating System: Windows 10

Application: Visual Studio

Yes, with the source to the ActiveX, you should be able to build a similar C++ header file as it already exists for the Data Matrix Font Encoder. The source for the Windows COM DLL is 32-bit and makes calls to the ActiveX control so that would be of no use to you.

We do also offer Java code as a font encoder and the Java Barcode Package generates images from any OS. We could also create an SSRS or Crystal Reports code if needed for an additional fee.

Is it also possible to get the source of the Windows COM DLL? This is the component we are using at the moment.

Background:
We need a solution that does not use the Windows registry. With the Datamatrix Encoder, one can use the C++ header file to achieve this. We therefore would like to integrate the source code or a part of it into our own software to be able to generate PCL for Maxicode. Perhaps we can build a similar C++ header file as it already exists for the Datamatrix Encoder.
Could you please tell us, if we can do so after purchasing the source code? Is this according to the IDAutomation Source Code Agreement?

We do offer C++ code in the source of the ActiveX Control, which we can provide if you update your support. We can also provide the source to any of the other font encoders.
