DataMatrix Not Working After We Made Changes


We have purchased IDAutomation DataMatrix Font and Encoder Package for one of our customers and it has been used in Crystal Reports. The barcode generated was working fine until last week and now it has stopped - no scanner can read the code.

Can you help?

Issue:
As seen in the second barcode above, the arrow is pointing to the section of the barcode that is cut off at the bottom. This also causes the white lines seen in that image, which further adds to a greater degree of unscanability.

Resolutions:
• Adjust the spacing of the field the barcode is in, based on the data that causes the barcode to be the biggest.
• Review the spacing recommendations.
