IDAutomationPDF417.dll


Dear All,
I bought your IDAutomation PDF417 Font and Encoder Advantage Package on 27.2.2012. Before this purchase I tested my application with the IDAutomation.PDF417.dll library, which was included in the IDAutomation_PDF417FontEncoderDEMO package. I referenced the IDAutomation.PDF417.dll library from my own .NET C# code the same way as it was used in your Visual Basic demo code and it worked perfectly. My code was very simple; I used only the encoder function this way:
string barcodeOutputString = NewBarcode.FontEncoder(barcodeInputString, 0, 0, 0, false, PDF417Barcode.PDF417Modes.Text, true);

Today I want to replace the IDAutomation.PDF417.dll in my project with full version from purchased package and then I have noticed that this library is not present in the purchased package. The purchased package consists of two zip files: IDAutomation_QRCode_Developer_Tools and IDAutomation_QRCodeFontEncoder. These two archives don’t contain IDAutomation.PDF417.dll file. I’m in doubt whether I bought proper package or not? So, where can I obtain IDAutomation.PDF417.dll file needed for my application? Help me, please; I must finish my project quickly.

Your order shows that the product purchased was the QR Code Font and Encoder Advantage Package. You can exchange this product and license for the PDF417 Font and Encoder Advantage Package (1 Developer License) by completing the Software Destruction Form . Please indicate on that form that you would like to exchange for the PDF417 Font and Encoder Advantage Package. I will be happy to complete the exchange of your product and email your download link as soon as that form is received and all copies of the downloaded product have been destroyed or uninstalled from your system. You may email that form to admin@idautomation.com if you like, or you can fax to 813.354.3583.

The director of our technical support department, who is responsible for ordering software in our company, will contact you on Friday 9.3.2012 and finish the exchange of ordered product via filling in the Software Destruction Form and downloading the proper product.

Sorry, the order was processed by my colleague from our technical support department and he is out of office till the 9.3.2012. I don’t have access to his agenda where the order number is. But I’m pretty sure that it is the only order from Asseco Solutions Czech Republic this year. If it is possible, I will be very pleased if you find my purchase by our company and country name. Otherwise we will wait till 9.3.2012. Thank you anyway.

The IDAutomation.PDF417.dll file is the Forms Control dll located in the IDAutomation_PDF417_Developer_Tools.zip.

What is your order number for the product? I would like to verify that you purchased the PDF417 Font Package and not the QR Code Font Package.
