#NAME? error in Excel using VBA Font Encoder

I purchased a Barcode Font and tried to perform a merge with Word and Excel. However, my barcode column just displays #NAME? error when trying to access the VBA function. This also happens when I try to merge with Word.

Application: Excel

The #NAME error occurs when Excel does not recognize the function being called in a cell. When using IDAutomation fonts in Excel, the call of a function is usually necessary to format text data to the barcode font. This function call can only be executed after the appropriate add-in or VBA module is installed. A few suggestions to solve this issue are:

1.
Ensure the VBA Module is properly installed.
2.
Verify the module is only installed once; installing the same module twice will cause the functions to fail.
3.
Ensure the Security Level allows the VBA Module or add-in to function.
4.
Verify the proper spelling of the function.
5.
Make sure the function name and module names are not the same; they must be different.
6.
For all IDAutomation products, try the Excel Example if it is available and compare it to a working example.
7.
Restart Excel to see if this resolves the issue.
