QR Code Font and Encoder Suite / IDAutomationQRCode.h is missing


We just bought "IDAutomation QR Code Font and Encoder Suite (Unlimited Developer License) " and downloaded all files. As described in https://www.idautomation.com/barcode-fonts/2d/qr-code/user-manual/#C++_.H_Header_File we expected the file IDAutomationQRCode.h to be a part of the downloaded files but it does not exist. I suppose it should belong to IDAutomation QRCode Developer Tools.zip.

How can we get IDAutomationQRCode.h?
