DataMatrix In Crystal Viewer

When I add a DataMatrix to an existing Crystal Report, the Crystal Web Service (64-bit .NET runtime) no longer shows the report.

From Crystal Reports, our Formula function includes the following statement:

IDAutomationDataMatrixEncoderDMSet

What do you suggest?

Operating System: Windows Server

Application: Crystal .Net Redistributable/Runtime

Hard to say what is going on. It seems to be an issue with the Crystal Reports viewer in the redistributable version of your application. You may need to upgrade your redistributable version or contact SAP for help.

When I open the font formulas from the Intergration Crystal Reports Formulas.rpt (see below image), I see a black image for the left barcode (the font formula one), and a normal barcode for the UFL-based one.

What do you think is the cause?

It seems you are using the UFL for Crystal Reports as a font encoder, which has been updated.

The easiest way to test if the changes will benefit your implementation is to download the latest version of the DataMatrix Font Package. The new installer will install the updated UFLs. After the installation, reboot the machine and reimplement the updated function.

Given the above resolves the issue, you are certain that an upgrade will work as well.
