Issue with AI 3202 when using GS1-128 Barcode FS in Access

We use the GS1-128 Barcode Font to encode several AIs. If I encode ~2020190073129852297112409162120241234633 using DAutomation_Uni_C128 I get (01) 90073129852297 (11) 240916 (21) 20241234633 for HR and EBJMAIFEFEMEBGBEGEJFABNAFIBMACGBBIBFFBCBIFEJBFBIIBFAFJCAGABHAMIFAJGBBGIAH for the barcode. This is perfect. I need to add a AI 3202 after AI 01 and before AI 11. How can I do this without adding a new FNC1? I need to add 3202003277.

Operating System: Windows 11

When fixed-length element strings are encoded together another GS or FNC1 is not necessary as long as you include the variable length string last. For the data you mention, you can encode:
(01) 90073129852297 (3202) 003277 (11) 240916 (21) 20241234633
like this:
~20201900731298522973202003277112409162120241234633
where ~202 is the FNC1. You can test this online with the following Barcode Generator URL.

In Data Matrix or QR code, the same data would be entered as
~101900731298522973202003277112409162120241234633
where the ~1 is the FNC1.

The parser in the Data Decoder App does not recognize all AIs. However, you can scan with the Cognex Scanner App and that parses the AIs properly.

After you told me it might not be parsing the BC correctly I started looking for other scanners. The one I like the most is GS1 Barcode Scanner by Alexander Chaniotis. It actually prompts you if there is an error with the barcode. It also separates the element strings in a very user friendly view.

The BC created with ~20201900731298522973202003277112409162120241234633 parses perfectly well.

I am using IDAutomation's Barcode Data Decoder Verifier App to parse the barcode. To create the barcode I used the IDAutomation_Uni_C128 function from the GS1-128 Barcode Font Suite for Developers. I would think it should work fine but it doesn't.

The value ~20201900731298522973202003277112409162120241234633 is parsed as:

(01) 90073129852297
(3202)
003277112409162120241234633

I get the same exact results after creating the barcode with the Online Linear Barcode Image Creator.

Any other ideas?
