Error decoding GS1-128 barcode using VBA + fonts

I was trying to generate a list of codes that include several GS1 AIs and I have tried to encode
this using VBA functions with =IDAutomation_Uni_UCC128
The issue is when I'm trying to decode the barcode using a USB Barcode Scanner the (AI) and the following data that is in "to the power of 2" changes and banks are not reading the code properly.
What could be the reason for this issue/ error?
PS: The data is to the power of 2 is the price of the bill. "(3900)0000092161"
Thanks in advance for your attention.

Enable ApplyTilde and then use ~202 or character Ê for each FNC1. An additional FNC1 is not necessary after a fixed length element string, refer to the GS1 AI Examples.

For example:
~20241577099985587628020000520150002~20239000000092161...

More information about using Excel in VBA is available at the Excel VBA Tutorial.

May you help me understand when and how should I add the FNC1?
