QR code generator purchase

I am interested to purchase a QR code image generator, can someone clarify if a single-user license means the QR code will be generated from 1 computer only? what are the other options and its application? I am interested to find a code generator able to divert web site and download relevant images/documents and function on both iPhone and Android platforms. Please advise which one is most suitable.

The audience will be using the camera to shoot the QR code from wireless iPhones. The website link may also include other social media like Twitter or Facebook. Please advise thanks.

Purchasing the Single User License would allow you to install the software on one computer which could then be used by one person.
