How to reduce time of creating barcode by Native Barcode Generators

We have an execution problem when running an Oracle report which includes many rows (about 9000), and each row has a formula column with a barcode inside. The barcode image is constructed per each row, i.e. 9000 times.
The problem is that the execution is time-consuming. The report runs for about 90 minutes.
The same report without a barcode runs for a few minutes only.
Can you please propose us any ways to reduce the execution time?

The Native Generator for Oracle Reports usually generates quickly. However, the barcode generator must be processed and generated for each character at a time, which takes more time than a line of plain text. The following options should improve performance:
1. Reduce the amount of data being encoded.
2. Depending on the symbology, change the encoding to a more efficient mode.
3. Disable ApplyTilde if it is enabled.
4. Reduce the height of the barcode by changing the BarHeight property.
If the above changes do not improve performance, it may be necessary to generate the barcode on another server and stream the image into the report with Oracle Reports Web Layout Mode. The product I recommend for this is the Barcode Generation SaaS.
