Why do I get this error during installation of the PDF417 Package?

Hello,

I am trying to install the IDAutomation software on a Windows XP system but I get the following error when I run it.

Do you have any idea what could be causing this problem?

If you re-run, does it always stop at 14% and produce the error? If you exit out of all applications and re-run the product, does it install? As a test, can you run the file on another computer? Does the same error occur?

Just from the name of the DLL, I cannot cross-reference which exact DLL from the list of IDAutomation DLLs for our products.

Is this a custom DLL from a 3rd party?
