Need to move IDAutomation Barcode Image Generator from Mac computer that died. How do I do this?


We have the barcode generator software on an IMAC and was working great. Now that iMac has died and we cannot get back in (bad CPU). We need to install and use the IDAutomation Barcode Image Generator on a loaner Mac until the Apple RMA on his old computer is resolved. How can I move the barcode reader to the temp and then move it back to the replacement iMac that is coming?

I am referring to the license. I cannot release the license from the old computer and I'm not sure how the licensing is handled for this software. Can I just download the new software and install it? How do I check the licensing?

Great that you were able to locate the software. Make a backup of the software. If not, you can update your Level 2 Support to obtain a new download of the product.
