Req for QR Code 25x25 Version 2 with Error Correction Q

We use the IDAutomation Java Barcode Generation libraries for image generation, including QRCode. We have a customer requirement for the following:
• Encode 30 Alphanumeric characters (example: “6J0001753902307010002883398:ZA”)
• Version 2 (25x25)
• Error Correction level Q
This is a requirement for two of our customers. The customers are suppliers of a major auto manufacturer that has these requirements. If the encoding mode is strictly alphanumeric, only 29 characters can be encoded (as per the QR Code specification). To achieve this encoding, the data needs to context switch within the symbol. We have been unable to determine how to automatically encode a QR Code. The documentation at https://www.idautomation.com/barcode-components/java/user-manual/#Properties shows only Alphanumeric, Numeric, and Byte.

This is a sample of a 25x25 symbol that encodes the data in the format that we require:

This is an example of the data being encoded in a 25x25 symbol:
dataToEncode = "6J0001753902307010002883398:ZA";
applyTilde = true;
encodingMode = "Auto";
errorCorrectionLevel = "Q";
bestMask = true;
