QR Code in Filemaker Webviewer Blurry on Windows 10


We are using the Native FileMaker Barcode Generator. When entering my solution from my Mac the QR Codes are fine, but suddenly the QR Codes are blurry in Filemaker Webviewer on Windows 10. The barcode printout and the preview on the screen cannot be read from Windows because it is blurry. I think it might be a software problem on the Windows machine. What can I do to solve the problem? Is there a newer version of the QRCode FileMaker Native Barcode Generator that will fix the problem?

There have been several updates to the QR Code Generator since your order, however, these updates have nothing to do with the blurry issue.

The Webviewer blurry problem seems to be a recurring issue in FileMaker. We recommend upgrading to the latest version available to see if this resolves the issue. For reference, these are a few of the Webviewer blurry issues documented at the Claris Support Site:
