Border Around IDAutomation Installation

When we run one of IDAutomation's install packages (the example in this question is the IDAutomation Barcode Image Generator), we see an unexpected 'blue border' around the package (edited for forum purposes):

We then go through some of the installation steps (if not all, depending on how fast we click), nothing gets installed, the installation starts over, then we see the same window (without the 'blue border'):

We then have to start all over again. What's going on?

[Support Note: All IDAutomation applications, fonts, and components are virus-free.]

The 'blue border' being seen is due to the antivirus program you are running executing the application installer in a special 'protected mode', indicated by the 'blue border.'

The reason why the application runs again (and all the previous actions are not finalized) is that the 'protected mode' fools the program into thinking it is running normally, but all changes are only temporary. Once the antivirus program releases the application from the 'protected mode,' the installer is then run in 'normal mode' and any actions made afterward then take effect.
