Dual Installation of Connectivity Drivers on 64bit Machine

Ever since upgrading our version of Windows, we have been getting connectivity issues when we use the Barcode Label Software.

We know that the connectivity drivers are published and maintained by Microsoft and that there are both 32bit and 64bit versions of MS Office, but do you know of any way to install both the 32bit and the 64bit connectivity drivers side by side? We want both installed to cover all our bases.

Recommended Steps:
1.
Download the correct version of the Access Database Engine that is needed from the links below.

2.
Once downloaded, do not run the installer as usual. Instead, use the following in the command line:
• To install the 32bit connectivity driver on a machine running Office 64bit:
AccessDatabaseEngine.exe /passive

• To install the 64bit connectivity driver on a machine running Office 32bit:
AccessDatabaseEngine_X64.exe /passive
