ID Auto Pro Unable to set width to desired lenght for barcode image

I am testing the ID automation Pro “Demo” version prior to purchasing for a project. The barcode needs to be 9mm tall x 55~60mm wide. This is a GS1 DataBar Expanded symbology.

My plan is to print on Avery-type labels 1” x 2.66” 30 per sheet.

My issue is the Bar Width (x dim) jumps from 9.630 mils (Prints out at 51mm) to 11.968 mils (prints out at 67mm). I am unable to select a width in the middle and I am not sure why the Barcode width does not match an actual printed dim or even come close to what it should be.

The IDAutomation Barcode Label Software is designed to perfectly match the resolution of the selected printer; printing to a low-resolution printer will cause this issue. When designing the label, make sure the default printer is the printer being used and check to make sure the dpi settings of that printer are at the highest possible.
