Appears I was able to resolve this by disabling .net 3.5 and re-enabling

Is there anything unique about the security configuration of these systems? I am not sure what could be causing this, the same install you are using has been in use for several years without an issue like this. Make sure the systems have a printer driver installed. Can you try another system that does not have the same security configuration, meaning a different antivirus software and no domain policies?

Hey Brant, tried a fresh download, same issue. .NET 2, 3, and 3.5 are all enabled

That error may occur if the .NET Framework 2 is corrupted or not installed. However, if two separate systems have the same error and the .NET Framework 2 is installed on both, the problem could be a corrupted download. In that case, download the software again, remove the app from the PC, and reinstall it from the newly downloaded file.
